Paige Spiranac settles Rickie Fowler rumor once and for all
Paige Spiranac has admitted she is forced to address a ‘fake tweet’ every year, after being asked whether she would pose topless, if Rickie Fowler wins a major
Golf influencer Paige Spiranac has swatted away outlandish rumors about her plans to celebrate Rickie Fowler potentially ending his major tournament victory drought by 2025.
Despite Fowler achieving top-three finishes in all the major championships over a nearly twenty-year career, he’s still on the hunt for that elusive first win – a quest he’ll pursue starting at the Masters in Augusta. Former professional golfer Spiranac, who has built an enormous social media audience and even had public disagreements with golf icons like Phil Mickelson, has been clear about her boundaries despite her willingness to engage in modeling work.
A certain social media claim—which Spiranac debunked during an Instagram Q&A—suggested she’d pose topless if Fowler snagged that long-awaited title.
Dismissing the fabricated tweet, she clarified: “We are talking like four or five years ago, someone created a fake tweet that said I will show the girls if Rickie Fowler wins a major.
“So, every single year, this fake tweet pops up all the time and I get asked if it’s real or not. It is fake. The girls are real. The tweet is fake, and it will never die. Every year, I am like ‘Finally it won’t pop up’, and it just popped up like yesterday. It will never die, it is insane.”
Spiranac, boasting a following of four million on Instagram, has been vocal in her support for women who are comfortable with their sexuality but remains firm in her stance against posing nude. Fowler, on the other hand, is eager to end his trophy drought this year. He’s currently ranked as low as 78th in the Official World Golf Ranking, a far cry from his career high of fourth in 2016.

Djokovic learns fate in new home as Sabalenka addresses behaviour
Express Sport brings you the latest tennis news from the Paris Masters.
We’re reaching the business end of the Paris Masters, as eight players become four in the French capital. Jannik Sinner is the overwhelming favourite to lift the trophy after Carlos Alcaraz was dumped out by Cameron Norrie in the Spaniard’s opening match. Norrie was then beaten by Valentin Vacherot, whose amazing 10-match winning streak at Masters 1000 level came to an end when he lost to Felix Auger-Aliassime.
Canadian star Auger-Aliassime will face Alexander Bublik in the semis. Bublik defeated Alex de Minaur, who is among those to have already qualified for the year-end ATP Finals. Sinner is through to his first Paris Masters semi-final after beating Ben Shelton. He’ll face defending champion Alexander Zverev, who survived a tough match against Daniil Medvedev.
Novak Djokovic is not involved in the Paris Masters, having decided to skip the event for the second year in a row, but he has learned his fate in the draw of next week’s ATP 250 in Athens. And over in Riyadh, the WTA Finals are about to get underway.
