Here’s to all you Karen’s out there!’ Charley Hull responds to personal life questions
LPGA star Charley Hull takes to Instagram Story to talk about her fitness training, smoking and why she rarely ever drinks alcohol.
Charley Hull has taken to her Instagram Story to respond to a number of questions about her personal life, including fitness training, smoking and why she rarely ever drinks alcohol.
Hull, 28, addressed a number of aspects of her life including why she runs so much and why she finds golf training “boring”.
The English golf superstar also discussed why she “hates being a slob” and how she always wants to “live life in the fast lane”.
She also spoke about her one bad habit of smoking but that she is fully focused on eating clean and getting around 11 hours of sleep a day.
As for alcohol, Hull admits she touches it “probably 2/3 times a year max.”
Hull concluded her Instagram post by saying: “Here’s to all you Karen’s out there!”

Hull wrote on Instagram:
“People are asking why I run so much and why I don’t do golf specific training. 1. golf training is boring I have no interest in that at all but the training and weights I do help my golf. 2. I love running as a hobby and for my fitness and my mind. The more fitter you are the less jet lag you get and the more stamina you have 100%. 3. you will get injured: no because I do all my recovery, ice bath compression boots, physio and massage. And I hate being a slob, I love always being on the go living life in the fast lane. Sleep is key though I get about 10-11 hours a night of sleep but I also can survive for 4/5 hours of sleep no problem. 4. you smoke – yeah do it’s the only bad thing I do! I don’t eat hardly unhealthy I eat super clean, I never drink alcohol probs 2/3 times a year max, I got all my drinking out the way when I was 18/19 (good times). Here’s to you all you Karen’s out there.”

Djokovic learns fate in new home as Sabalenka addresses behaviour
Express Sport brings you the latest tennis news from the Paris Masters.
We’re reaching the business end of the Paris Masters, as eight players become four in the French capital. Jannik Sinner is the overwhelming favourite to lift the trophy after Carlos Alcaraz was dumped out by Cameron Norrie in the Spaniard’s opening match. Norrie was then beaten by Valentin Vacherot, whose amazing 10-match winning streak at Masters 1000 level came to an end when he lost to Felix Auger-Aliassime.
Canadian star Auger-Aliassime will face Alexander Bublik in the semis. Bublik defeated Alex de Minaur, who is among those to have already qualified for the year-end ATP Finals. Sinner is through to his first Paris Masters semi-final after beating Ben Shelton. He’ll face defending champion Alexander Zverev, who survived a tough match against Daniil Medvedev.
Novak Djokovic is not involved in the Paris Masters, having decided to skip the event for the second year in a row, but he has learned his fate in the draw of next week’s ATP 250 in Athens. And over in Riyadh, the WTA Finals are about to get underway.
