PGA TOUR Pro Jordan Spieth and Family Visit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Present $500,000 Jordan Spieth Family Foundation Grant
Jordan Spieth, a three-time major champion and one of the most charitable figures in professional golf, recently visited St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with his family to make a meaningful impact beyond the golf course. Spieth and the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation presented a $500,000 grant to support the hospital’s mission of advancing treatments and cures for pediatric catastrophic diseases.
A Commitment to Giving Back
Spieth, known for his passion for philanthropy, established the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation to assist initiatives related to pediatric cancer, special needs youth, military families, and junior golf. His latest donation to St. Jude reflects his deep commitment to helping children battling serious illnesses.
During the visit, Spieth, alongside his wife Annie and their young son, spent time interacting with patients and their families, signing autographs, and sharing words of encouragement. Spieth expressed how important it was for him to see firsthand the resilience of these young fighters and how his foundation’s contribution could help make a difference in their lives.
St. Jude’s Life-Saving Work
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is renowned for its cutting-edge research and no-cost treatment for children facing life-threatening diseases. The hospital operates under the belief that no family should ever receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food—a mission that aligns closely with Spieth’s philanthropic values.
With this grant, St. Jude will further its research efforts and provide essential resources to patients and their families, ensuring that more children receive the care they need without financial burden.
Jordan Spieth: A Leader On and Off the Course
While Spieth continues to make headlines for his performances on the PGA TOUR, his legacy extends beyond the fairways. His involvement with St. Jude exemplifies how professional athletes can use their platform to drive positive change.
In a statement, Spieth shared his gratitude for the opportunity to support such a meaningful cause:
“The work being done at St. Jude is truly incredible. These kids and their families are showing so much courage, and if we can help in any way, we will. It’s an honor to be part of something so impactful.”
Inspiring the Next Generation
As Spieth continues his career, his foundation remains a driving force for charitable initiatives. By investing in research, patient care, and family support services, Spieth hopes to inspire others—both inside and outside the golf community—to contribute to life-changing causes.
This latest donation solidifies Spieth’s place as not just a world-class golfer, but a compassionate advocate for children’s health. His actions prove that true greatness isn’t just measured in trophies but in the lives one touches along the way.

Djokovic learns fate in new home as Sabalenka addresses behaviour
Express Sport brings you the latest tennis news from the Paris Masters.
We’re reaching the business end of the Paris Masters, as eight players become four in the French capital. Jannik Sinner is the overwhelming favourite to lift the trophy after Carlos Alcaraz was dumped out by Cameron Norrie in the Spaniard’s opening match. Norrie was then beaten by Valentin Vacherot, whose amazing 10-match winning streak at Masters 1000 level came to an end when he lost to Felix Auger-Aliassime.
Canadian star Auger-Aliassime will face Alexander Bublik in the semis. Bublik defeated Alex de Minaur, who is among those to have already qualified for the year-end ATP Finals. Sinner is through to his first Paris Masters semi-final after beating Ben Shelton. He’ll face defending champion Alexander Zverev, who survived a tough match against Daniil Medvedev.
Novak Djokovic is not involved in the Paris Masters, having decided to skip the event for the second year in a row, but he has learned his fate in the draw of next week’s ATP 250 in Athens. And over in Riyadh, the WTA Finals are about to get underway.
